Dragon’s Way Qigong®

An immersive 6-week health practice developed by Dr. Grand Master Nan Lu, OMD that builds a strong foundation of health through 10 Qigong movements, Meditation, Food choices, and Lifestyle balance using the Five Element Framework.

Five Element Framework

The Five Element Framework is an ancient Chinese philosophical system describing how all aspects of life move through five dynamic phases; Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. These elements represent patterns of transformation that are observed in nature, seasons, organs, emotions, colors, and even sound.

Eating for Healing

This concept shifts your relationship with food from passive consumption to conscious energetic nourishment. So Instead of seeing meals only as calories or taste, you begin to perceive them as living sources of information that communicate directly with your body’s systems. We’ll explore colors, temperatures, flavors, and preparation methods, which all carry energetic qualities that influence how your body feels, processes, and restores itself.

Dragon’s Way Qigong® Class Schedule

This ancient Chinese healing art is a centuries-old practice that combines 10 gentle movements and meditation to cultivate the flow of vital energy within the body. It's not an exercise, it's a lifestyle that promotes balance, resilience, and inner peace. Join Now for My first set Spring classes at the time most convenient for you!

Dragon's Way Qigong® Classes: 6 weeks per session

  • Class will meet 1 day per week for 6 weeks. There are four classes from which to choose for Spring, with all current classes being hosted virtually. Each class is approximately 1 hour.

  • After the initial 6 weeks, each class will have an additional follow up class for open discussion on your progress, your experience during the class, the movements and next steps

Class #1 - 6 week (morning) session

We will meet every Wednesday at 7:55am from March 11 - April 15

Class #2 - 6 week (evening) session

We will meet every Wednesday at 7:30pm from March 11 - April 15

Class #3 - 6 week (morning) session

We will meet every Thursday at 9:00am from March 19 - April 23

Class #4 - 6 week (mid morning) session.

We will meet every Tuesday at 11:30am from April 7 - May 12
