An immersive 6-week health practice developed by Dr. Grand Master Nan Lu, OMD that builds a strong foundation of health through 10 Qigong movements, Meditation, Food choices, and Lifestyle balance using the Five Element Framework.
Qigong for Breast and Digestive Health
An empowering practice that supports a healthy free flow of energy through the upper body and vital organ systems promoting healthy digestion flow. In Traditional Chinese Theory, breast cancer and stagnant emotions are intertwined. This practice aids in recovery after diagnosis and/or treatment as well as providing a foundation for preventive care. This 4 week course has 7 Healing Qigong movements, Meditation, Food choices, and Lifestyle balance.
